this apartment was a tiny bit out of toen which was great and the main town has loads of road works going on and was very busy.
the rooms amazing very clean and well presented we really enjoyed our stay here and wish we could of stayed longer, it was a real home away from home. only down side no wifi.

A great little find just out of town on the road to Shute Harbour. The apartments are lovely and have everything you need and more. The owners are very helpful. Loved it. We stayed 3 nights and relaxed, it was very welcome.

Left Rockhampton for the 6+ hour drive to Airline beach.Certainly
worth it. Drive up was enjoyable with changing scenery and totally clear
    roads.
We passed small villages & saw where the sugar cane farms
are, we could see how they move it around, in the back drop were the factories where it is produced.

Back at the hotel we checked out, I went and had my picture taken with a Koala, it was definitely not what I expected, he was not softer than my rabbits and he smelled of wee, very cute though. The first stop was Hayman Island and it was the best snorkelling of the trip so far! So so many fish surrounded us, hundreds of species and schools and coral, it was beautiful. We took many a go pro video, we probably have hours of fish footage by now! After our first snorkel, we had a set sail into ...

It was a very early start this morning as we headed off to our 6:30 am boat tour departure. It was a gorgeous sunrise so that made up for it as we walked 20 minutes to our boat. It was a great tour and we learned a lot about the Whitsunday Islands. There are actually 74 islands in all that make up what are known as the Whitsundays. Whitsunday Island is the largest island and we were headed for Whitehaven Beach, which is a 7 ...

Vivian drove first and we went up the beach to a Eli creek, which was cool but refreshing and a lovely place to chill out, Kirsten was really hungover and ended up throwing up a few times.. Too much goon! We then went the shipwreck of the SS Maheno that was on the beach and had been there since 1935, then we had lunch near by and after lunch it was my turn to drive!!
