    ... along the headland, and was a bit dejected he didn't really have time to surf. Think we might head back.

    Next we drove up to Hervey Bay and stayed in a campsite on Exeter Road in Torquay, kinda had to stay there didn't we. Driving around realised there were lots more reminders of home, tavistock road, bideford road, honition road etc. Not really sure why the references to back home, maybe we should google it.

    Today we move from Brisbane to Coolum on the Sunshine Coast. The cyclone Marcia was downgraded overnight to a storm but it wrecked havoc in Rockhampton further north when she hit the coast.     ... beside a camp ground we decided to ignore trip advisors advice which was to stay there and head to a camp ground which it said was terrible, dirty and noisy.     Had a leisurely breakfast outside in the sunshine this morning - so different to last night's torrential rainfall.
