... town with grand central administration buildings and hotels of the 1890s. The town must have been very rich in the early years of Australian development. It had a brick court house, customs house etc. and a huge array of Australian style colonial houses with ornate balconies. All the central streets had rows of timber frame houses in the turn of the century period, and unusually, all had been kept in their original style. To tie ...

We woke early and took the dogs for their morning walk around the block. After breakfast and a shower, around 10am we walked to Bunning's to collect the car and we set off for Coolum Beach as we had a meeting set up with a chap called Drue regarding a job! We drove along the Sunshine Coast Motorway (it took around 20 minutes) and we parked up along the front by the high street and Coolum Beach. We went for ...

... ocean breathing in the fresh air. We got back to Noosaville around 3:30pm using the Sunshine Coast motorway. We had a little sleep in the afternoon which went down a treat before we had a quiet few hours in front of the TV just chilling. Joff made us a lovely minestrone soup for dinner which we had with toast and lashings of parmesan cheese. We had an early night and crashed around 9pm. ...
