    ... that more regularly on the homeward leg.I bang the 260 km back to Cocoa Beach, FL in about 2 hours at 140 kph and I am pool side, drink in hand by 2:00 pm. I am spending today relaxing, catching up on my blogging and doing laundry. Exciting road warrior stuff, eh?

    ... the Riverwalk. On one of these sojourns, she had a close encounter with a manatee. What huge, gentle animals. And they have puppy dog faces. They are sooooooo cute. Captain would occasionally join First Mate on the boardwalk and join in some sight seeing. We visited the local farmers market two Sundays in a row and bought some tasty local produce.     ... what a little vodka will make you do lol. Then the booze started to kick in so thought I would lay down for a power nap, well woke up 3 hours later, so not exactly in Di's best books! Got myself sorted and we walked down to Coconuts for a drink and a bite to eat. Di had a burger and I had a fish sandwich, they was both very nice.     ... new Be Our Guest restaurant for dinner. We were seated in the main ballroom area and really enjoyed the ambiance (Josh, Susan and I had been here in December, but this was Brittany’s first time). I had scallops and shrimp, Susan had the pork tenderloin, Josh had the steak and Brittany had ratatouille. They brought grey stuff (it’s delicious!) for Brittany with a candle in it for her birthday.

    ... like a museum. Here we see real moon rocks, astronaut suits, helmets, and gloves. We can read mission journals and see one of the returned space capsule that has turned from white to a burnt orange colour due to the re-entry heat caused when returning through the earths atmosphere. We had just about completed this part of the experience when we chose to get a picture taken to be super-imposed us into our own Space Shuttle Scene!

    Back on the bus we returned to the KSC ...
