    ... going to be thorough and not going to rush myself like I did at the Smithsonian a few years back. I recently learned from my daughter Katie that I suffer from FOMO (Fear of missing out) and I don't want to miss a thing at KSC.     ... long as it's in your carry-on) and other essentials. Probably not worth the cost unless you have a rental car or really need many last-minute items to justify the cost of the cab ride. But our family came here to party, and the fun continues!

    I ready our carry-on for the cruise, as we have an early embarkation time (we want to make the most of our time on the boat). I pack our swimsuits, cruise docs, passports, and water bottles so we are all set. Good night!

    ... enjoyed a good omelet with salmon, bell peppers, and onions. It came with whole-wheat toast, hashbrowns, a cinnamon roll, and a mini chocolate croissant.
