We only had one night in Cocoa Beach so there wasn't much time to explore by the time we arrived. We went to the biggest surf shop called "Ron Jon's" which is open 24 hours a day. Out for dinner on the Cocoa Beach Pier and then to a local bar afterwards. A few of the group got up early to go to Kennedy Space Centre... I slept in strategically to get my needed sleep in prep for Miami ...

... Jon’s is burning a hole in my wallet. Only 64 more billboards and we are there. Like Jocelynn, we are getting excited about our upcoming trip to Trinidad and Tobago, but are resolved that there will be no more counting down of days.

Cocoa Beach pier Tiki bar welcomed us with half price Margaritas from Brittany. Bargain trunks and at last new Reefs from Ron Jon’s followed by a nice dinner with Maureen and Joan and lots of McMorrow memories shared.

... Once we hit Atlanta all that changed! First off, people may ***** about how the Dallas airport layout sucks but Atlanta has it beat, big time! If your plane lands at the farthest gate of terminal A and your connecting flight is at the furthest gate of terminal B (as ours was), that one hour layover is not a casual stroll from gate to gate. No, it's a 3/4 mile, "holy ****, I hope we make it", speed hike with a **** load of baby ...
