We stayed three nights enjoying our small hotel, getting in some quality pool time and a few good meals. We loved the pork and fresh ginger on homemade peppercorn bread and, for dessert, palm sugar balls wrapped in rice gluten, boiled and topped with fresh shaved coconut and black sesame seeds. Good fortification for the two bus rides totaling 12 hours that await us.

I think our combined ages are more than everyone else put together staying here! Here Be Old Hippies. Do we care? Certainly not after a couple of happy hour margaritas!The beach is miles long with many islands to visit and far away from Serendipity Beach (gringo party HQ). I don't think we'll be up for any partying tonight.
