Woke up at about 8:30am and was fresh for breakfast. A few of us decided to eat inside Monkey Republic as their menu seemed quite good for a bit of brekky. I opted for 2 poached eggs, ham and toast and it went down a treat alongside a fresh coconut. Nobody was fussed about going to the beach so Mark and I wandered off on our own to discover more. We walked all the way to the end, played 3 games of pool (3-0 me) and then strolled back to find a good spot. ...
... long. At one point i turned around and started moon-walking, as the glowing lights were sparkling all around my feet and leaving trails as i went backwards...tres cool.
Back at our hotel i booked my bus for 9am the next morning. I packed everything up and went to sleep early. It was only a five hour bus ride but these things are never perfect, i was alone for the trip and would meet up with everyone there later in the afternoon. ... a random day out around Koh Rong. This was the perfect chance to snorkel in the sea, have a go at fishing Cambodian style and of course topping up our tans. We watched the sunset and followed this by another night swim to see the false fluorescents. We finished the day with a few beers which easily turned into buckets when the DJ who we had befriended on the boat started playing old school 80’s and 90’s hits.

My plan was to go through Cambodia, stopping off at a couple of places but mainly just use it to get through to Vietnam whilst experiencing their culture.
