... different perspective. I have only ever viewed it from the air flying over it in a helicopter to the Grand Canyon. The Dam is very impressive but the water levels are extremely low and you can see the receding water because of the white marks left on the surrounding mountains. We saw our first live wild rattlesnake. Legitimate didn't know it was there until we heard it start rattling and raise its first third into the air. Becca kinda freaked out a bit, but we did good and froze, confirmed location and evaded. That happened in midday but I really wanted to open with the snake story.
