    ... and a thin flat lumpia-like wraps instead of a bun. A bean sauce, instead of plum sauce, is milder in taste and not really sweet. The waiter shows us how to wrap yourself a Peking duck. Unfortunately I can only do this, and only to a certain extent, in a couple of foreign languages so far, but if there's one thing that I can take away from this trip, it's that I definitely want to extend that ability in the future.
