Another challenge - the gap between hard- and software. Something, I had also discovered while researching for my thesis. Great parts of China have great facilities, however, most staff is rather young, inexperienced and has limited international experience/cultural knowledge. It is a challenge to provide top servicesthroughout, particularly in the high demanding business travel industry.
