          ... has to offer.

I looked off to my right and what did I see??? A place that sold food. Yippeee, seeing how I hadn't eaten in a couple hours, I sauntered, at my age I should be shuffling, over and behold and low they offered shrimp. Yessir, I ordered up some deep fried fresh shrimp with fries and a coke. I put my behind at a table outside, overlooking the sea and soon the feast arrived. Ignoring the birds that were begging, I enjoyed ...

Today is Saturday, October 3rd, so it must be day 13 of my NP tour. Today we spend an hour or so waking through the lost luggage store in Scottsboro, Alabama where Barbara bought a new John Lescroart book for $3, and we got the road for Florida. The goal today was to get deep into Florida so we can make the Everglades and Key West tomorrow. After about 700 miles of driving, we ended the day about 100 miles North of the Everglades in ...

After a trip to the laundromat, nice appetizer at ...

... Not only do we hang around the only low crowded beach but we go to the Village, where many bars, souvenir and other common stores are located. There you can go shopping for some memories and gifts for friends at home and afterwards have a drink or two. When we go shopping, we go to all the stores not existing in Germany, these are TJ Maxx (yes there's the german TK Maxx but it's nothing like TJ!), Ross and Marshall's for cheap but cool clothes, bags and decorations stuff. ...

... to take Pat and Larry's BMW Z4 for a road trip down US 41 the Tamiami Trail. Always helpful, Larry gave us a map of Virgina just in case we made a wrong turn and didn't come back. First stop, Sharkey's on the beach in Venice, right past the municipal airport where the 911 terrorists trained. Lunch in Fin's, as John enjoyed the "most expensive lobster roll he has ever eaten". No matter, he "awash" with cash since his big 50/50 win the night before. ...
