    ... quiet area. The beach it self was stunning, fine powdery white sand and crystal clear water that was so still it was like a swimming pool. We took the 20 minute walk to yoga retreat (up what felt like the steepest hill in Asia) to see what it was like.     ... also appeared from nowhere to take the guy to the local clinic and after lots of sterilisation and bandages the drama was over and we where on our way.

    I was also feeling terrible, most probably to do with the two rather large thai whiskeys I drank the previous night - I have since vowed never to drink local spirits again!

The guides had explained that it was a bumpy off-road track and that it would be a 'fun ride', but given that the Thais ride motorbikes pretty fast with 3-4 people per bike in t-shirts, shorts and flip flops, when they hand you a seatbelt you know its gonna be interesting!
