I visited Phil and Tracy, their two lovely daughters, two Corgies (queens Elisabeth's favourite dog), James and William, a tall Jack Russel, Tobi, and two cats, Quentin and Angelina.

... for sure since tonight was a write-off in the way of getting things done. If it's really too late we can stay here another night I'm sure although we have not asked- this is actually the first night that we pay to stay in a marina so I guess it's not the end of the world if we have to stay on one more. Without even walking far off the marina grounds there is already more at our fingertips here than in most places we have been lately. We'll see what tomorrow ...

... back to beautiful river views. Our anchorage at Houghtaling Island was very pretty and we felt like we were in a jungle..... the birds were so loud and as the afternoon progressed the crickets took over. In the morning we were lucky to see a bald eagle right near our boat... after the fog lifted a little. We waited a little until it was clear before Marty pulled up the anchor.
