    ... and I will never forget it. The life style is super different. It is really chill, every one is welcoming, and it has a very comforting vibe. Byron Bay is one of the best places I think I will ever go to.

    At 7am we awoke to the sound of a text message confirming that our whale watching adventurer was on. We drove to the harbour and wrapped up in as many layers as we could; it was freezing. Our vessel was the Pacific Explorer Catamaran which rode out of the harbour into a very choppy sea. We scanned the horizon for the wisps of salt water as a result of the whales coming up for breath.
