So how does one put into words an experience that ultimately was void of them? A place where time could stand still if you allowed your mindful meditation to take you to that place of serenity where all you could feel was the sun on your face and the breeze on your skin. Gav was delighted as he found a helmet that fitted his GoPro so he managed to get footage of our trip which was pretty funny. I somehow ended up at the back and got stuck beside one of the doctors. To my disbelief she could t ride a bike and was crashing about ...

... relaxed on the beach while The Doc, The Saffa and I paddled out into the surf. It was great to be out in the waves with these two mates. I only got one wave that afternoon. It was enough to make me happy. Gliding down the face of a wave suitable to my ability and level I could see through the crystal clear water admiring the reef beneath the ocean. Later that night we drank a song sweetly assisted by brews from Rocky.

Saturday we made our way to a new ...
