    ... end of a long bumpy road and that was about it. Uluwatu was our next stop, to visit the temple of the sea. An impressive building sited 70 metres above the sea. It guards Bali from evil spirits from the South West. Uluwatu is renowned for its surf and full moon rage parties.     We left Lombok heading to Bali and this time braved the sea crossing over the Lombok strait. However there was no way we was chancing it on a small fast boat again so we opted for the much slower but much bigger ferry service. And at almost 6 hours on the ferry it really was a lot slower!     For today we had booked a day tour as were running out of time and want to make sure we tick everything off our to see list before it's too late.
