One week in time for some luxury

Second-guessing my second thought
... I don't know.
I drove all around yesterday, getting lost on tiny roads, bumping over stones on dirt tracks, passing cows and children and brushfires all along. I found a beach called Bingin, where a friend of a friend is staying. I paid 50 cents to park my scooter at some beach. I spent some time in the sun and in lots of little convenience stores buying water. I'm drinking about a gallon of water a day and it still doesn't feel like enough. ...
My rich man shirt/ Expectations
... If I don't meet amazing people like I did the last time, that's OK, too.
I want to surf. I want to think about my future. I want to write this blog. I want to fill up with the magic and beauty of Bali.
Are these expectations? Goals? Will they hurt or hamper my trip?
I'm not sure, but I do know it's time for another surf. As far as that "expectation," I guess that as long as I don't expect it to be epic every day, I'll be OK.

The longest day
... But the shopping is fantastic and I have a lot of **** to buy for people.
Of course, I got lost on the way to Kuta, somehow ate **** on a rain-slicked street. I was going about 15-20, hit the brake, and the bike just slid out. And there I was, sliding on my hip along the street. I jumped up, brushed myself off, and was amazed I had just a tiny scratch on my knee. And I was in boardshorts (stupid, I know).
