    ... by America and there is no need to know the Bahamian creole dialect...they speak English. Other than all of that, expect to spend some money during your visit to the island and bring lots if sun screen. The sun can be very harsh especially between 11am-3pm and while you are in the water or just walking around.     ... a two story catamaran and took a 45min ride to the Blue Lagoon Island were the Dolphin Encounter excursion was. The water was so clear and so beautiful! We also passed the famous Atlantis resort on our way to the Island. We could't take enough pictures! The boat ride was amazing just in itself. It was a perfect day, with only a few clouds in the sky.     Friday - Up early and got off to a slow start. We had a loose connection on the alternator and after 20 intense minutes, Denny figured out the problem and fixed it. We were on our way at 7:20 a.m. We only have 156 miles to go before we reach landfall.
