Well I stayed at Coral Towers in Atlantis,Bahamas. Staff were really really friendly and helpful. They greet you with a broad smile at any point of time. The resort was such a delight with an absolutely great view from the balcony! It has food outlets, casino, private beach, swimming pool, sting gray interaction, shopping outlets everything under one roof.

We had a great time at the Atlantis. The staff was either the best in the world or the worst. Let me explain. The front desk people suck. I paid extra for a room to face the water. I faced roof tops that were similer to the Holiday Inn roofs. Once you see one roof you've seen them all. I went down the 1st morning with pictures that I took from my camera showing my view. The women at the desk said no your in the water view room. I asked to see a manager who made me wait 10 minutes( mind you there was no one behind me or waiting at the front desk ) so Me and the desk attendant stared at each other for ten minutes. Once the Manager came out she said oh well thats the room. Also I booked over the phone with Dan Knowles who I thought was there official rep. If so they don't like them much at the desk. There were more desk problems but lets focus on the plus side. Get the food plan and you will be happy great food at all the locations from burgers to surf and turf. AWSOME.
The activities are great and the prices are reasonable. Drinks? $7.50 for a beer! Rip Off!!!! The beach is owed by the goverment so there are venders selling trinkets and water sports. Parasailing is $70.00 for 12 Minutes RIP OFF. But you must rent a wave runner. Ask for Chris the fun guy and tell him a guy you know calls him HAPPY CHRIS. Great Guy will make you a great deal that is fun, affordable and gives you plenty of time. It was my birthday he gave me a three person wave runner for an hour for $100.00 and I think we got alot more time then that. That came out to $33.33 per person and all got plenty of time to drive! This is far from a cheap vacation but ,yes well worth it! If you go find Happy Chris and tell him the General says Hi!

Have fun you only live once!!

After slavery was abolished Junkanoo almost disappeared but this festival that takes place in the Bahamas continues to uphold this century old tradition, as an example of Cultural Revival.

On our way back to the hotel, we (of course) got lost and discovered a fantastic lagoon with a rope bridge over hammerhead sharks!!!! That evening we ventured to the swanky part of Atlantis at the Cove and enjoyed a very tasty buffet at Mosaic, and then drinks at Sea Glass.

Our first dive was a 3 part dive we dove on a crashed House boat then down a wall that descends 680000 feet however our dive floor was 100 feet, we then headed back to 40 feet to a crashed DC3 airplane that crashed 40 years ago. Our second dive was called James Bond it had 2 wrecks, the first was a boat used in one bond film where a torpedo was shot through a boat that had nukes, the other was a plane crash ...

Next we went to The Power Tower which has 4 slides but only 3 were open. We went down to The Current and Rapids and Erin retrieved a double inner tube from the river. We went up the Power Tower and did The Drop. It began with a drop, then twists and turns in a dark tunnels, then three hills in the open like on a roller coaster. At the end of the ride we were in The Current ...
