... and ended it with a nice cool beer and a passionfruit mojito for Lisa. I got a very cold beer photo, with me in the water with the beer. As of now it's been a great way to try take a cool photo every day. Great challenge Gaz. Afterwards we settled the bill and headed home. We had a quick shower and then enjoyed a nice easy drinking bottle of Rose next to the pool. Bed time was soon after. Sad face. Last day on ...

... small compared to Santorini, but the beaches here are way better. It's a lot more "resorty" than I thought it would be. I can't believe we only paid eight euros a night! We met up with the group and shared a pizza and caesar salad for dinner. We figured it would be cheaper for the four of us to get a taxi to town than each of us buying bus tickets. ... good conversation with Stelios and Vicky-that night we all became good friends, I think.

The other good thing, was that Beth and I were able to have the hotel do our laundry for 6 Euros each. This was amazing. Back in London one hotel was charging 6 pounds a shirt, 12 if it was a dress. Needless to say, I did my own washing in the London hotel and the stuff that didn't dry in time I threw out before I went to Greece. In Greece I didn't have that problem. ...

... went through the town starting at 2pm and all the shops and stores were closed. We soon found out that the businesses close from 2pm to 6pm and it was best to do any shopping in the morning. We explored Naoussa's small port, a ruin of a Venetian Castle at the end of the breakwater and the narrow alleys/paths within the city. There were numerous artsy craft stores and funky cafes that attracted our attention, but all were closed for the season. This is one of ...
