... accurately, alleys, twist & turn every 10 m apparently to fool the pirates. It was quite windy & coolish so we returned to the waterfront & had another drink & a plate of the best fried squid that we have ever tasted. Luckily for us the wi-fi worked well so we all caught up on correspondence etc.

At about 6.30 we returned to the ship & were in bed by about 9pm after a pretty lazy ...

There are currently 16 windmills on Mykonos of which seven are positioned on the famous landmark hill in Chora. It was the most wonderful, perfect, 40th birthday I could have ever asked ...

... the water was amazing. A beautiful blue, green and it is so clear. One place we stopped at was a cave and the water was warm and just looked untouched.

We sailed around a few smaller islands, there are over 2800 in these waters with only around 280 inhabited so there was lots to see. At lunch we arrived at the captains private island where he cooked up octopus he had caught while sailing, we had souvlaki and Greek salad with the octopus. ...

Early start as taxi was arriving at 8.30am. Was beginning to wonder whether we would get downstairs as the lift was slow & others were using it as well! It barely accommodated us with our luggage, Had checked out by 8.20am & the taxi driver was waiting for us. He was not very chatty & obviously in a hurry to get to the airport as we arrived just after 9.00am. He was extremely polite & helped with cases in ...
