We packed up early and were picked up at 7am we were bused to Rassada harbour to board the boat to Krabi via Phi Phi island. We had a 2hr boat ride to Phi Phi island and we both got sea sick , me much worse than Sal! We then spent 3hrs on Phi Phi island, we walked along the beach front, did some shopping, swam and had some lunch at …

... snorkelers and we moved a short distance to another location in the same bay. Unfortunately this spot had even worse coral and even less fish. After just a short while there we were back on the boat and headed to lunch on Ko Phi Phi. To our surprise he collected our snorkeling gear. As we were getting off we were told there wouldn't be time for sight seeing. We were to go to lunch and then get back on the boat. The buffet lunch was okay and we ...

This morning we had pancakes with our breakfast which I didn't shut up about! We got ready quickly as it was sunny and attempted to find Wat Tham Sua on the ped! This temple is at the top of 1237 stairs, I'm sure theres more, it was such a hard climb, some of the steps were as long as the lower part of my leg and so narrow. It was a really hot day, around 30 degrees with no breeze! It took what felt like forever, I usually power through ...

... a national park, the park is not being maintained. As a result, it's not advertised much and there are NO sign posts in English. The R+R area at the parks entrance is overgrown and derelict and the same can be said for the "path" leading you to the second tier. This also means there is no-one manning the toll booth, so entry to the park is free (for now). However, this unmaintained state makes no difference to the natural wonder of this waterfall, it just makes getting ...

... We enjoyed going for a swim, sunbathing and watching some rockclimbers. It was paradise! The last boat was at 5pm so we had to drag ourselves back to the pier. The tide was so far out now we had to wade through the sea on a slippery path to get to our boat. A nice Thai lady held my hand as she saw I was struggling. The boat ride back was just as bumpy and we almost tipped at one point, but again was good fun. We arrived back to the pier to find a food market setting ...
