    Pee Pee Viewpoint

A travel blog entry by jhnewadventures on Mar 13, 2015

Our last day in Phi Phi was a hot one!! I have seen a sign to the viewpoint every day we have been here and said to jack we should go. It said on the sign 2300m which is about 2.5km so we said we will do it on Friday even planned to get up early and everything....did this happen?

The viewpoint happened but the getting up early didn't...well if you count 10am as early then we were haha! We walked through the town (with our chocolate milk!) I ...

... leave it high and dry. Back on board there were slices of cold watermelon and pineapple. I think we missed out a scheduled snorkelling reef because of the low tide. Twenty five minutes later we got to a beach which I think was on the mainland but not very accessible by land. There was a hotel and maybe other accommodation. We were supposed to ride quad bikes afterwards but other people ...

... your on the way too, we were both getting a bit impatient. We managed to find a cashpoint but in Bali it seems the most you can withdraw in one transaction is around £60 which means you have to keep withdrawing and your bank keeps charging you. Rant over. We arrived at 'in da lodge hostel' and with that name we both thought the worst but just didn't say it. Luckily we were wrong. It was probably the best hostel so far, hidden up a side street with a lovely outdoor communal area, ...

    Stairway to heaven

... we were greeted by the most amazing 360 degree view! We all payed about a bit and calmed down before we had to go back down, which turned out not to be tiring but mentally difficult as you had to concentrate quite a lot. I encountered my own issue too, as I have big feet my foot wouldn't fit on the step so I had to kind of crab walk down the cliff. A little annoying but hey it could of been worse. At the bottom there were hundreds of monkeys, families ...
