... in - we find gecco poop on our bed every single day- .. But that's not the point.... We have a MINI BAR!!!!! Hahahaha. But seriously it is very nice here. They have a beach BBQ on most nights and you can order fresh whole fish, squid and shrimp cooked right on the BBQ (delicious! Best fish we've had the entire trip). Every night they host a happy hour in the beach bar and we watch the sun set over some ...

... tried foods that would never normally come into the Turner vocabulary, let alone household. And I'm not just talking about the tarantula or snake. I think my mother-in-law, who sadly passed away several years ago, would have been so proud of her son, watching him eat Balinese, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Thai, and Indian food. My own mother will tell you that as a young child, I ate nothing except applesauce, pancakes, and bacon. So, the Turners are ...

Today we got up early once again, but it was good since we had a big day planned. We went by longboat to Railay Beach. This is the beach with the giant rock formations that to me kind of signify Thailand. We got over to Railay in about 15 minutes by boat and had breakfast at a cute little outdoor hut right on the beach. I tried the Thai omlet. It was good besides the peas they put in it. I am not picky at all when it comes to food, ...

... a super sweet family that I will remember always. i have felt the hospitality of locals, as the down pours come and go as quickly as they arrived - they shop you into their shops and wrap you in towels, feed you and give you alcohol.. Some are truly genuine in the mix of all of those simply trying to earn your dollar.
Tomorrow I am on my way, with a travel partner - a woman I've met from Sweden.. We shall persue Koh Tao.. I'm gonna get me a diving liscence, just you wait!

... doing much. Beyond was the cave we had come to see; no neon lights and seemingly no people it was a stark contrast to the one we had seen in Halong Bay. It was really impressive if a little eerie, the flutter of bay wings above our heads as we walked around. There were old drawings in the walls of the cave like you'd see in films; the to scale fake men chiseling away at the wall however kind of ruined it. On the way out an excavated skeleton was on display which was ...
