We left Chang Mai at 7pm on the 24th and got an 8 hour bus to Bangkok, as soon as we got off the bus in Bangkok we were harassed by the locals all wanting to take us to our next destination - they are so pushy it's horrible! ... a Thai Lobster which was disappointingly overcooked, and Henry had an awesome steamed crab! I have never seen such a transformation in him before: he was burned out and tired and NOT happy about walking into town, and then, armed with a pair of nutcrackers and a lot of interaction with his cooked crustacean, he re-energised and WANTED to walk back! A quick cocktail at the hotel rounded off a most pleasant and tiring day before ...
