      ... we all get back alive to enjoy some pasta from a restaurant up the road which allows you to design your own dish - you have to go if you visit Koh Lanta! We also grab a few pics with the lads that work here, some of the nicest people we've met so far. No Changs tonight as I feel a bit flued up. That's happened on a few occasions since I've been away, think it's just the affect of travelling and loving out of a bag! Definately worth ...

I tried some yoga moves on the board also (Alyssa does SUP yoga), holy smokes would it be an intense workout!
