... is half an hour's drive, and right next to the airport. We have a nice surprise as we are upgraded to suites when we book in. The Raffles Gateway Hotel is supposedly only 3 stars but is very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. That includes a big pool, water slide and hot spa. Early wake up to get what I can out of the ATM; card was declined last night. Picked up the bus transfer from the shabby hostel and got dropped off randomly on a main road outside a desolated hotel, named Sunseekers Hotel, waiting for another transfer. I will certainly remember this day as the next one was long and tedious flying back on 3 separate planes to Wellington.

We then joined in and played 'the snake' which is like the conga. We played volleyball in the wind which was interesting and yet another sport we are ***** at. Whilst Beth napped on the sofa with Amy, Jen and Nicola played an intense game of beer pong with Andy and Ben (the people we ...

... They also confirmed our flight for the end of the week to LA. We exchanged some money into Fiji dollars and then hopped into the car with our driver. He took us through the town of Nadi where we could see lots of strip centers with speciality shops and grocery stores. Everything looked like it had been put together with leftover material. He showed us several areas where the streets flood when they have heavy rains. Our destination was the marina on ...
