Even though the ship doesn't offer any diving options, I was still hoping to get a dive or 2 in. We asked at the concierge desk, and Valdi said he has arraigned a non ship tour with a dive operator that will pick us up at the dock at 8:30 and have us back @ 1:00. We have learned that "Fiji Time" has nothing to do with real time, but 1pm sounds good since we have to be back on board 15 mins before our 4pm departure. We meet with 5 other snorkel/divers and are supposed to take a ...

... was a wedding in progress in the temple so they didn't really want to intrude on that, so photos were taken round the outside of the shrines etc

Andrew one of the guest speakers on the ship had talked of the peninsula, so we drove out there hoping to find a beach, but they are all private ones part of the beach resorts, so we had to give that idea away sadly.

... noticed ladies getting up from washing or watching children playing and walking in the same direction, away from the beach. As Ted and Paula went off to see family Lapse led us through the row of houses on the beach and to what was effectively the village green. With only four of us and 20 or so ladies you would ...

... about fufteen of thum. (all really nice laid back folk from Christchurch and really interesting to hear their stories of the recent disasters that have hit them).

Georgia broke the ice with 2 of the kiwi girls and that was the start of a beautiful few days with Sienna and Aimee. Both girls were around Georgia's age and both really lovely girls. One thing that cracked us up was watching the initial dynamic ...

Decided to go on a cruise.... With only 5 minutes to spare I jumped on a bus and headed to the Port.... Then let the fantastic crew from Oolala Cruises.... Entertain me for the day.
At 10am we set off to a private Island called Savala Island, where I proceeded to relax!!! Others enjoyed snorkelling and canoeing....
Got back to the resort around 5pm and quickly freshened up before heading out to dinner with Nadia and extended family....
