So, the good news to report is that it rained ALL night and we stayed dry..... No leaks in our little mobile home!! Our campground was very quiet... Note to ourselves, from 435 out of KC, take Hwy 50 all the way to Hwy 5. Nice wide, smooth road!! We found a really nice campsite, lakeside, at LOTO State Park (site 162). The park is really beautiful, leaves are just changing, park staff super nice (especially Pearl :) ). We decided we really like the name Pearl...would like a grand- daughter to be named Pearl.
