On my way from Bangkok to Phnom Penh I decided to relax a few days on Koh Chang, the second biggest Island in Thailand after Phuket, to relax and improve my Scouter skills before going to Vietnam and Indonesia. ... it hoping you hit them. You also have pick-ups just driving around with people in the back that have water and when you meet them all hell breaks loose. Water everywhere, roaring sounds and hysterical laughs (probably that's me). Some people had ice water and I can tell you those people always won the battle. Sad face.
This festival takes place all day for a couple of days. It depends on the place how long they celebrate it.
