Rich in history and blessed with gorgeous weather, Palm Springs is a preferred destination of holiday makers from all over the world. With seemingly endless sunshine, you can get a tee time at a local golf course (over 100 apparently), or consider a hike at Joshua Tree National Park. Food fans will love exploring restaurants in Palm Springs and the surrounding area. There’s also incredible shopping, from ...

Driving round with cheetahs stalking the truck, and feeling slightly nervous again at them surrounding us, the drivers jump out open the trash bin full of ...

Travel day today; we did not think we had far to travel but it still took us the majority of the day.

We were not sad to see the back of our car park home, which, despite being free, was not too enjoyable and it was noisy all night, so we are pretty tired.

Today we are heading for Palm Springs about 3 hours from San Diego.

We do another big food shop at an enormous Walmart. We finally purchase ...

    What a year in 2011

... Back in the states in mid August we took our first break in Anacortes WA. Beautiful area. Since we had nowhere to be until late September we had time to explore sights in WA, ID and UT on our way to Albuquerque NM. Saw some beautiful sights along with some history (Lewis and Clark area - Red rocks in UT etc). These areas are always a treat for us.

In late Sptember we arrived in Albuquerque where we would help in co-hosting ...
