      ... was good, so many people use the river to get around the city to avoid the traffic on the roads. I wanted to sample some Thai Green curry which I thought Chinatown would be the best place. Unfortunately after the long walk we found no curry! Maybe Chinatown comes alive at night. Instead we bartered for a cheap tuk tuk to Khaosan Road and had thai green curry there and had a cocktail at a lovely rooftop bar. The town is built on a peninsular between the two rivers and is home to 33 Buddhist temples as well as being amongst beautiful green countryside.
