Up at 8am today, after a good sleep in the truck! It was a lot quieter this morning, we were set up and ready for about 9ish. Overall the day was pretty slow, we had small bursts but nothing too strenuous. We managed to have a good walk around the show just before lunch which was nice, Sophie got feisty with the local matador Carlos Tortillas!!! We had a good laugh with Chris and Drue throughout the day, we also found out it was a toss up ...

... rescue - not broken ... Few !!! All was ok! Sun eventually came back out and after being shown to our lovely cabin at happy valley which would be home for the night we took a quick dip in the pool with the huge Chilean family who were on tour with us and then showered and changed ready for dinner. We spent dinner talking to the two German blokes and Jeremy and his wife. They were Londoners and were very well travelled so told us about lots of places we should visit and where their ...

... It was just too bad that we didn't had the greatest weather or stayed overnight, especially after hearing other people had and they had a great time. We then stopped at rainbow beach which was beautiful - the sand dunes on the coast are all colored red and orange so that was really cool to see. We drove along the beach and saw all the daring campers who literally camp on the ocean's coast (cool but I think I'd only due it for one night).

          We ...

... some of their routes. We managed a really good yellow route which involved a lot of bridging and then I attempted a pink overhang and did do it but don't think it was without cheating. I.e thankyou Blair for pulling me up haha. Good fun and a lovely afternoon with the lads! Finished it off with a pear cider and a lamb and avocado wrap for me at 'one up' bar which is a gorgeous place as it overlooks the whole of mooloolaba beach. Boys left us and we went ...

... life of luxury behind. Antony had stocked us up with a huge amount of fruit which he was able to get from a cheap farm shop on his way up to broad beach. Bless him what a lovely chap! He had to go to work so we said our goodbyes as hopefully we will see him again soon. The girlies got on our way and decided we would have a little walk around the rainforest skywalk. We were hoping for impressive wildlife and maybe a waterfall but in fact it was just an awful lot ...
