Week 17 - All at Sea

... to say goodbye to Harpreet who was flying off the next morning...only to get there and him not be there (cheers pal!) haha but had a good old evening and catch up with all the work lot.


A rather successful week now I look back at it, didn't think I got up to much but had a few little adventures. Now to save every penny I can for the next few months! Can not wait to start the big adventure :)

... to see if they were moving the party to a better club. Turned out they were all part of a backpackers club and they all had special passes to get into places so we left them to it and found 'the avengers' bar. Here there was a live band called the accidents playing an we spent the rest of the night dancing and singing along to them. It was an awesome evening and topped of by quite a nice burger when we got back to the hotel at 2am. Oh dear, not going to feel too fresh ...

... it lasts. 21st nov Yet another beautiful day, to make the most of it we hired paddle boards and paddle down the river which was lovely, however would have been more exciting doing in the sea trying to catch some waves. We had fun though paddling past all the beautiful houses that were on the river with all their private jetties for their boats, how the other half lived! ... all go to the university and the students will compete in their different sports. I think it'll be a lot of fun, so I'm excited! My most interesting experience with the students so far was when I was teaching the the excretory system.
