    I took a half day at work on Thursday and we left for a road trip to Ras Al Khaimah for the weekend. It was funny seeing camels and desert everywhere while on a road trip.     Khatt is a place in RAK, located northeast of RAK, United Arab Emirates. The emirate of Ras Al Khaima is quiet, peaceful and they have preserved the culture and tradition of the Emiratis, although they are open to changes and the whole city is slowly adopting to the demands of the modern world. The first task we had to complete was making it through the labyrinth of boulders which were so sharp, I ripped a hole in my pants just sitting up too quickly on a rock.
