    ... Dutch villages. We arrived at the beach just north of Vlissingen (also known as Flushing), where Jim's dad apparently crash landed in a B-26 bomber on October 2, 1942.     Number 38 of best restaurants in Brugge according to trip adviser ... I will review after some beers.....

    My second day in Bruges picks up where we left off yesterday, just checking out sights I hadn't yet gone to. First, the Heilig Bloed Basiliek (or Basilica of the Holy Blood) where several drops of Jesus Christ's coagulated blood are. The church is free to enter, the museum is 2 euro (but you can skip this).
