    ... Dawn and Rory went on a kayak excursion whilst Paul and the boys went to a water park in Marmaris. This was after a visit to the weekly market. The market wasn’t very big or very busy but the prices were good according to our shopping team.

    ... choice for our last evening meal. We had enjoyed other dishes but the speciality dishes requiring "slow cooking" definitely needed to be sampled. We pre – ordered a lamb dish cooked in a clay pot and Serife’s personal favourite, a chicken bake. These were supplemented by meze, a chicken cooked in an iron pan and a mince pancake.

    So it's our last day here at the lovely Marmaris Imperial, we will certainly be sorry to leave tomorrow. Let's hope we get some sunshine to top up our tans... What am I saying, of course we'll get some sunshine, lots of it in fact if the last two weeks are anything to go by.
