    ... reacting already :) maybe I'll tan here!!! (Hahaha). I just tried retsina for the first time and I didn't really like it ... It tasted a bit like white wine mixed with floor polish!! Not that I know what floor polish tastes like... You get the point. Retsina is a white wine fermented (maybe the wrong word) in pine barrels, so it absorbs the pine resin.
