... from the mysterious illness whatever it was which is nice! Pancakes! I finished helping on a rescue course today finally! I can have a lie in, a day off maybe, who knows any kind of luxury. Tired but quite proud, sitting in the light of the setting sun, I am an advanced open water diver! Today's dives were lovely, saw my first turtle which was gigantic! Wish I had my camera again, going to have to get on top of that. Tomorrow I'm going on a boat trip to a place called Gabr El Bint. Apparently the diving is absolutely beautiful and I'll definitely take the camera on that one! Have to get up at 5 45 ...

... crowds went wild. She was having fun and it showed. Beautiful smile and she danced with and for everyone. Going around the crowd, getting people involved.

Following that she danced to a Shaabi piece of music for which she is well known for and had is currently teaching around the world. Living in Cairo in a shaabi neighbourhood, seeing street weddings gives her an edge most can only dream off. Bottom line it was pure fun, cheeky entertaintment ...

The only people we saw all morning were two guys with five camels and they got ahead of us pretty quickly.

Not long before we reached Ras Abu Gallum, we stopped off in a sheltered bay to have some food. The reef here just dropped way from the side of the path and the water did look very inviting.
