The reason I love Sharm el-Sheikh so much is it's a holiday mecca! The place - a gorgeous sea view beach setting - has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Yes it's nice to see the locals and culture on holidays, but here you don't experience the down sides of this. From clubbing to quading in the desert, diving to fine food, this place has everything for an enjoyable ...

Only a 4 1/2 hour flight, arrive earlier than normal so a couple of hours sunlight left. Interesting journey via taxi to the hotel, which included having to get out of it as we got grounded on a sleeping policeman! Hotel is very spread out, nice gardens. First rooms not to good but the girls manage secure new ...

... do for the day, so we needed to exchange cylinders, have another briefing and just stay out of the water for a while. An hour later we went back in and did many exercises in the beginning which also went well, apart from me swimming in circle with the compass :-D Looks like my left leg works a lot more than the right one ;-) And then came another 30 min of swimming around, again not deeper than 12 metres, but who needs more anyway ;-) This time we saw ...

... and from the curves I still have, I could probably loose another 15 pds before I start looking skinny. Hurrah for me!

I am covered in salt from swimming in the ocean. Sand from playing with Momo. Grease from the pounds of sunscreen I have put on. Karina said she would be back at 8 so I could leave but I have to bathe and change clothes.
This is where I realize, I have no clean clothes. I have that lovely leopard print dress but there is so nooo way Im wearing ...
