... and porridge would be perfect. Instead we were served the usual assortment of curry dishes. When we inquired if there was any fruit or porridge we were told no.
The afternoon was very relaxing, we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the scenery. We knew that we had a long, not so comfortable drive back to Delhi the next day so we were savoring every moment here.

Tiger Hunting
Our last camp was down in the Gangetic Plain at the base of the Himalaya, near Corbett National Park. This is a jungle protected by a tiger preserve. We stayed in a village nearby and took jeeps into the park. We didn't see any tigers, but saw plenty of tiger paw-prints.
