    ... place...But the photographer tried real hard...Dar takes the best pics...I usually cut the head off or miss the most important aspect of the picture...glad he is my travel buddy!

    Got to Athens fine and our driver gave us a brief tour of the area. So much history!!!Hotel is the Electra Palace, chose it for the view of the Acropolis...very nice.   • The way the bus passes work are in New Zealand I am allowed 60 hour of travel on their buses and in Australia I can get on and off as many buses I want as long as it is heading north and on the east coast.
    I have never used a bus pass like these so I will keep you posted how they work out.

    ... the screen (too far away) and I need to get out of the internet since it is not to be trusted. Not much happening yet, the stores are just opening. I had most of my ANA water confiscated when I went through the x-ray machine. Otherwise, everything is fine so far.

    Again, it was such a beautiful day that I felt guilty not taking advantage of it, so after some inner turmoil, I set off from my house through Niskayuna to the bike path at Lock 7. My route to Lock 7 took me over St. David's Lane, my favorite road in Niskayuna because of all of its trees and beautiful houses. After I crossed rt 7, I traveled on Rosendale Road, which is quite pleasant as well.
