... under way. Everyone has their cabin. These are tiny, but each has a small bathroom. Apparently, most folks sleep on deck because it's hot in the cabins. We aren't really going to sail, even though these are sail boats. We will be motoring. From place to place. We are out about an hours when we stop in a lovely bay for lunch and a swim. The food is delicious and the water is perfect! It's an ...

Our trip to the airport and night at Hotel Orty was uneventful. Everything went smoothly with our transport back to Izmir. hotel Orty is right at the airport and has a free shuttle. The price is reasonable and the hotel is clean. The only drawback is that there is nothing around the hotel, so we were a captive audience for meals. Unfortunately, they were expensive and not very good. Everything is a trade off. We are a little annoyed that ...

Yesterday we arrived in Antalya after 2 short flights. We arrived ,minus luggage, to a lovely seaside spot with great views. We had the perfect excuse to go shopping for a new swimming costume, as we were not going to waste the opportunity to dip into the warm waters of the Mediterranean! After spotting the lovely sun deck down the cliff, we went down to discover there was no actual beach! We went for a dip anyway and it was a beautiful warm sea. It just ...

... or were one way only. Once we arrived we found a very unique boutique hotel. After settling in we walked down to the yacht harbour for dinner. This is definitely a tourist destination and could be described as the Turkish Riviera. The next challenge was to find our way back to the hotel which was not easy. After asking directions we finally found it. Tomorrow we may end up having to take a taxi back. Definitely one to laugh ...
