... more intense. It is the greenest county within 100 miles of New York and will continue to be so. If urban sprawl continues it may surround Milford but it will not possess it.

Louis Fauchere, Swiss born, is the Founder of the Inn and was a Master Chef at Delmonicos in New York. Delmonicos was famous for the Lobster Newburgh recipe and of course Delmonico steaks. ... were wrapped and placed under the superbly decorated tree. Somewhat controversially Mal and Sean had chosen a hemlock rather than a pine. The young pines on their 6 acre property have grown too big, and the hemlock was a perfect size and in fact its branches were also well designed for bearing decorations collected over the years. We are still in Milford, Pennsylvania which, happily, is also the home of Blue Stone Studio where David and Joann Greenbaum display their gorgeous pottery and artwork. Some of David's pottery has been manipulated so artfully, that it's difficult to believe it is clay and not marble or glass. He doesn't apply any glazes, but instead uses multiple firings, oxidation and burnishing processes along with etching and throwing ...
