We moved across the harbour this morning in preparation for our early morning departure tomorrow. We're moving south. First stop, Calabash Bay, Long Island. ... several hundred feet away! We’ve had many experiences of people going well out of their way to assist us. It also seems that crime is zero outside of Nassau. Many cruisers gave us sideways glances when we'd lock up our dinghy. Lastly, the glorious water. Swimming in the turquoise water is unrivaled- maybe the best in the world.

... up on a chair since I could not hoist David up. The top of the mast feels a lot taller when you look down to the boat but the view 70 feet high was amazing. Though the view was spectacular, I wouldn't volunteer to go up all the time. While Dave and I were working on the antenna, the kids stayed on the beach and created a masterpiece - their maiden of the sea.
