Today was a relaxing day. We started the day by going to the Lobsterfest for breakfast. They were having all you can eat blueberry pancakes and sausage for $6.00. It was a beautiful morning and the sun was shining in the harbor while we ate. It was a great way to start the day. We expected a big crowd at breakfast, but that wasn’t the case.

After a breakfast of home made pancakes and bacon, some IT lessons from Sharon and Lou and some recommendations of authors to try on the Kindle, we headed out for a bit of a road trip. Heading North we visited a very impressive bridge at Bucksport where there was also Fort Knox, not the one of gold fame but an interesting and quite historical site none the less. Then it was to Stockland ...

... by the US Navy, but got out by digging a canal and floating the boats out of it, and then around the back of the US Navy, causing one of their most embarrassing defeats of all time :-p found it quite interesting as we drove over the canal on the way to Castine :-) This week we have another talent show, and the fist Glee Club sesh, so I'll keep you updated as to how that is going in the next entry :-) ...
