Woke up at 7am and chilled on the balcony while Sven was still sleeping. We went to breakfast at about 8 and afterwards went to the lobby. I didn't have much to do and I wanted to go swim so Sven stayed at the lobby while I went to the beach. I fed the fish again - I love being surrounded by Sergeant Majors! Its like I'm part of the shoal! After ...

The beach water directly in front of the hotel is mostly reef so most of the beach sun bathers go to the long beach off to one side of the hotel. The reef has many colourful fish and the water is nice and warm so a good swim. Syl waded in as well but didn't snorkel. ...

Our guide Chad was a humorous young man that teased us "yellow" people (Chinese) quite a lot, which was in good fun. We saw lots and lots of bats in these caverns, flying around as we listened to the guide talk about the place. Supposedly the Spanish governor of Jamaica hid in these caves and eventually fled to ...

... settled on the plane, we took a few pictures of ourselves - it was clear that one of us was pretty used to being up at 5am after four hours of sleep and functioning normally and one of us wasn't. I'll give you a hint about who had trouble - it wasn't the midwife!

Watched a few movies and finally touched down in Montego Bay, Jamaica. You could feel the heat right away and it got warmer was we left the plane. We had to walk a decent ...
