    ... on a foam roll, which looks a giant pack of Parma Violets but its good for working those aching joints. Then we use wooden poles for similar moving exercises. Afterwards it's some daft playing on the beach. Call it fitness icebreakers. I do get a dip in the sea however and it's like entering a luke warm bath.
