    Jamaica for Tom's Wedding

A travel blog entry by jjmccarthy90 on Jun 20, 2015

Nikki and I went to Jamacia for Tom's wedding with Jordyn. We stayed at the all inclusive hotel and Nikki got there one day before I did. We stayed through Monday morning and then headed to Chicago.

We went in the ocean, pools and drank cocktails all day. Matt, Tom, Ryan and Ali were in the wedding.

It's over 900 feet from the base of the falls at sea level to the top. You walk all the way down on ...

... we were a bit skeptical but when she said we were both wearing greys scrubs and eating patties we knew it was true! Her name was Donna! So random. Also a guy had a massive bag of ackee and I said I wanted to try it so he gave us a large bag full of it and told us how to cook it. Next the boys decided to take us to the luminous lagoon where one of their dads owns a tourist boat. It poured rain so when we got there it wasn't glowing so we didnt ...

... tour boats have their passengers swimming in the water. So some of our group decided to swim despite the "pollution"

This seems to be a very Jamaican thing. Confusing and conflicting situations.
