... There was a huge line of people waiting to board our boat once we were all cleared out. The girl who would be our guide to the resort found us and, along with the other two people who would be joining us, made our way through the crowd. I forget her name, but the girl introduced us to our driver and he led us through one of the most beautiful outside shopping malls I had ever seen. It truly was as if I had stepped off the plane from the United ...

La Casa del Agua, on the 5th avenue and close to the ADO station, second time in this place, delicious food on the expensive side but worth it, it is an open space so it is a little hot in the summer but I read there is a great terrace in the back where you can see the sea if you come at lunch time. I rate this place with a 9!

Before we knew it we'd been sucked into Fran's flaming grill. It was nothing fancy by any means, but her picnic ...

... that included a lower gallery and a smaller second story gallery. The Temple of the Frescoes was used as an observatory for tracking the movements of the sun. Niched figurines of the Maya “diving god” or Venus deity decorate the facade of the temple. This “diving god” is also depicted in ...

It's been a crazy week on Cozumel Island. Of course, it started with diving. On Saturday I arranged for a two tank dive with Chucho, where I met Rachel and Jessica from Texas. Two lovely women who were a lot of fun to dive with and chat on the boat. Like everyone else I've explained my trip to, they were shocked. First by my age, second by my trip. Diving with Chucho was awesome, and he was a great guide. While at the Palencar reef, which was like swimming ...
