Entertainment staff were great but hotel staff seemed disinterested. Room was good and view was nice. Food selection was very good although the best meal is on the beach at lunch with the jerk chicken.

After arriving in Montego Bay we quickly realised that we both love the road less travelled. Here we were again with the American tourists in a resort town with the sketchy local traders trying to aggressively get their two bobs worth out of you. An overnighter in a non-descriptive hotel then a morning flight to catch that took us ...
... no sunscreen and now they are red raw. It's funny to watch. Fletch and Brodie have found 2 american boys and have been playing with them. Tomorrow we head off to LA and it's going to be another big travelling day. I think we will get to the hotel at around 3am Jamaican time so we are going to be stuffed, then we need to get up early and spend the whole day at Disneyland. Actually getting sick of cocktails, at home I'd be lucky to have 1 or 2 a year. Here, I'm downing about 10 a day. Might have to slow down a bit. ...
... the Casino and Casino Bar (they say only parts of each of those but don’t believe it), Vincent’s Lounge, and “Deck 10 Starboard.” My experience is that all of Deck 10 along with Deck Four and, occasionally, everywhere else, is the smoking section. I have seen, remarkably, no cigars but they are for sale onboard so they must be somewhere. This ship is chocked full of smokers and they are everywhere all the time and not bashful.

... a whole pile of american tourists appearing in a place its soon followed by a whole bunch of resorts. Having talked to a few older american travellers, it seems that resorts are the way to travel for vacations. Guess you can experience all the comforts your use to, have people waiting on you and tehn experience the local culture in small bits and pieces before shutting it out again by returning to the resort.
Didnt really feel like entering any of the bars/private ...
