        ... was building a new refinery but when Hugo Chavez died 3 years ago it stopped and has been mothballed. We have a response equipment package at this terminal in the event of a tanker or terminal spill also which was interesting to pass.

        ... Ocean was as warm as ever but we have a few dark clouds around and believe it or not an odd shower of rain! It doesn't cause us a problem because its still warm and wonderful, nothing like the December cold rain we are used to back home.
