      ... chefs ready to cook meats and shellfish as you wait, whilst the waiting staff, drive us dizzy filling our glasses with sparkling wine every-time we take a mouthful. Merry Christmas is the sound on every ones lips. Such fun, such joy, its beautiful, just an amazing night. Then we head to the lobby bar to watch the entertainment. This is a night to remember.

Cuba is loosing out on many who would love to go for the health bennefits of the natural organic non gmo foods, the fresh unpolluted air, avoidance of toxic chemicals, the beach and the weather. I loved the people and thought I had found my second home at memories. I left early never to return unless something like this would not happen again.       ... The town had a very eerie feel, there were nearly no shops or restaurants, just the odd table and chairs outside a house.
