There was a fire alarm at Gatwick so we had to evacuate the building onto the cold dank roof of the floor below. This was a false alarm so we all trudged back into the terminal building, making me more bad tempered than I already was - I hate all this hanging around when you fly anywhere.

And so were we, which is why David, Elaine and myself took a break from all this sunbathing business and went to have a look for these intriguing creatures.

When we got to the spot where they normally appear we were greeted by this ...

After a fab few days we return to Ellisa who was all well despite us leaving a hatch open and it raining lots! Early morning breakfast with the crane before we headed out to anchor. We bumped into some other cruisers we had seen in Guadeloupe, who did not leave when we did and turns out they had lots of bad weather and a wet Xmas day! Flooding in Dominica also left several dead so good job we headed North when we did. Our first Happy Hour in the Crows nest and we ...
