There was a fire alarm at Gatwick so we had to evacuate the building onto the cold dank roof of the floor below. This was a false alarm so we all trudged back into the terminal building, making me more bad tempered than I already was - I hate all this hanging around when you fly anywhere.

On the flight we were stuck oposite "Papa and …

... course, not many things are as they appear. I had a great time, but the romance was non-existent with the 20 other people riding single file. All the horses were male, and mine was appropriately named "Sugar!" He liked to stop for snacks of grass along the way, but overall, a very well behaved horse. Tony’s horse was named “Malcom”. We found time for a couple of beers in a beach side cafe and spoke to another couple from the ship with whom, I think, we will share a taxi when we arrive at our next port of call, Aruba, the day after tomorrow. There were a couple of showers during our time at the beach, although they did not ...

Great to set out to sea and feel the breeze blowing over Ellisa once again. A short hop around to Hermitage and anchor safely laid for our first night a float. Down side - Jelly fish spotted in the bay! Wake up to realise we had left without a cruising permit - a fine able offence, so off we go to experience our first dose of Antiguan officials. Never the happiest if people and they gave not ...
