    ... on our way to the Canary Islands and there will be some swell but as we approach the Canaries we will encounter a high pressure system and the weather will improve.     ... on the Verandah deck with cocktails and a good book and more music to say farewell to Cape Verde. An interesting little island well worth a short visit to understand how little some people have to survive on. It sort of makes you feel guilty for tucking into your five course meal but at least we added a little tourism money to their economy.
