... we have to learn from him and focus on the important thing which is the well being of the animals at the shelter.

There has also been some staff turnover lately and that has also caused a challenge because the new staff are learning the ropes and aren't always on top of what the priorities for the animals are.

Well, we made it back home yesterday from a wonderful 1 week vacation to Cabo. The weather was great, the views were great, and the company was fantastic!
