    ... but that didn't bother us. After much deliberation we booked ourselves into a 2pm time slot with an Australian guy. However after he thought the swell was too big he pulled out. But for the 2 hours before the tour we sat on a gorgeous beach around the rocks from the marina.

    ... seem to speak some English, but they are delighted when do don't have to - RESPECT! Yay Kate! Very warm welcomes and huge smiles seem to be the default attitude here. Although it's hot - about 30 degrees each day we were here - the city has thousands of trees and gorgeous shady squares where the temperature drops by 10 degrees and a refreshing breeze cools the happy flaneur at every turn ....oh joy and rapture ...

    ... the beach in the hope of finding something cheap to eat. We happened to however walk past a bar that was showing that All Blacks game, I convinced Dina to stay for one half at least while we ate the cheap breakfast. It was a really good time and well worth it as a few aussies and kiwis piled their way in.
