... where the locals definitely fight for your dollar, it was a little overwhelming and very pushy so we escaped there quite quickly and made our way back to the ship. We had a relaxing afternoon by the pool and then watched a great Magic show that night. Day 4 Coco Cay - we caught a boat to the beautiful island. Unfortunately Annette was too sick and stayed on the cruise ship. Wow this is what I imagined the Bahamas to look like. White sands, Palm trees and ...

... we got seated there and enjoyed some fish and chips.

We went shopping after lunch and bought matching tops, headed back to our room and began packing. This made both of us nauseous cause the ship was rocking back and forth, so we went for pizza and cones--cause eating just seems to make it all better! And it worked.

We started watching the movie, The Judge, until time to play bingo. We got our cards and there was quite the crowd as ...

... gave us shade and a little privacy. The island was packed. A second Holland America ship was here today, arriving a bit before we did. We’ve been here twice before, but we were on the only ship. The crowding would have been unpleasant without the cabana. I don’t swim but Annie, Roger and Marilyn enjoyed the crystal clear blue water. It’s a beautiful place to enjoy a beach day.

... the resort, the scene from the airport to the resort, slowly started to fade away from our mind. It was a total transformation! The resort was really really nice and clean. Our room had a great view from ...
